The Brief was to design and develop a site for Wittering Surf Shop to showcase their Hardware products and really show off the shop using the fantastic photos and media coverage they have received over the years.

The result was a full E-Commerce store, using Zen Cart to power the Customer Database, Products, Emails and Surf Cam. I worked closely with the team to fine tune the site and get every last detail polished and perfected.

Nick (Shop Owner) is very happy with the end result and can’t wait to get out there and tell everyone about it!

The brief was to Re-Design the existing website, which was hard to update, had become cluttered with adverts and content outdated.

The new site is powered by Wordpress, using a customised theme to allow the REP team to edit all site content at the click of a button. The theme features some cool plug-ins including Twitter feed, Online Social Network links, Event Schedule and Advertising space. All making the sidebar much neater and easier to use.

Raw Energy are very happy with the results and have already gained new event entries and some fantastic site feedback.

I decided that winter would be the best time to do a re-design, since I had some very good feedback on the last re-design some may be thinking, why change? Well… i guess the only way to describe it would be to say that, for me design is constantly changing and evolving, it is an expression of myself and a good way to test new techniques and styles.

I have added some more wallpapers to the freebies page and there have been a few exciting projects going on. Most recently I have been working with Alan Stokes the UK Professional Surfer and launched him a nice new site. Also Geared Bikes Went live recently and have given some fantastic feedback. Here’s to more great projects!

When I was asked to create a website for Alan I was thrilled! The brief was to create a bespoke wordpress theme allowing Alan to add new content, images, video, sponsors and give a general insight into his goings on.

The site was challenging to create and I worked with a fantastic new developer, the theme uses sIFR for headings and includes some very clever plugins allowing him to add images and edit the slideshow with ease.

Feedback on this site has been fantastic and I have really enjoyed the process!

I was asked by Geared Bikes to produce a new website to sell a range of products online, from Overshoes to Limited Edition Road Bikes. The site was designed to be clean and easy to use and still contain many of the functions the old site used; I improved the content pages and added a blog that can be easily updated with news and events. The site features a unique Custom Builds page that allows the user to select brands, bike types and order a custom bike unique to their specifications.

I was also responsible for the twitter design, and this project is a great example of the bespoke e-commerce stores I can create for you.

I have worked with some great people including Hardcloud.com, Game, Set & Match and Royall Appointments. Next year looks to be a very exciting one with an E-Commerce Bike Shop Launching in January, a Pro Surfer’s Blog and A Catering Company with a wacky side… watch this space!
